Guido Miethe

In typical German name, Guido Miethe's website doesn't have much information about the photographer, much less an Artist's Statement. I know he works out of Berlin, but that's about it. The night work in his Silence Stills project is very nice. Most of the images of urban scenes with no trace of automobiles. Reminds me a bit of Edward Hopper's paintings.

Remi Thornton

I can't remember how I came across Remi Thornton's work. Remi was trained at the Rhode Island School of Design, and now works out of Boston, MA. His work is included in the Glass House Images photo company. Much of his night works focuses on those common objects that take on a different appearance at night.

The Signage of Negative Space

There's a new night photography blog available called The Signage of Negative Space. Instead of explaining the concept, I'll just redirect you the Welcome Page.

The photographer of the above image, who goes by the name Splotchy, seems to be based in Illinois. That's good news, because I'm not familiar with many night photographers in the Illinois area. The entire blog seems to be a collaborative effort of three photographers: Splotchy, PJ, and Freida Bee.
